He has previously held roles with global market leaders including Eagle Eye Networks and Brivo, where he successfully sold into billion-dollar enterprises and complex, multi-site environments.

Before entering the security technology sector, Kareem was a professional basketball player overseas - an experience that shaped his disciplined mindset, resilience, and team-first approach. These qualities now underpin his consultative, outcome-focused sales style, centred on scalability, intelligence, and delivering long-term value for customers and partners alike.

Kareem has demonstrated a proven ability to drive growth through strategic Channel partnerships, developers, and integrators. His experience working with enterprise security leaders and large-scale organisations positions him strongly to support Wavestore’s continued expansion across the U.S. market.
