We support all common encoding formats including MJPEG, MPEG-4, H.264 and H.265. Wavestore is also one of the few VMS platforms that also provides full support for MxPEG and JPEG2000 and all of these can be viewed live and played back alongside each other in any of our client platforms.
Wavestore supports SD cameras, either directly connected or via encoders, HD analogue as well as HD, UHD, 4K, 360° fisheye, multi-sensor, thermal and PTZ IP cameras. These can all be recorded displayed live, played back and controlled together seamlessly on a single screen or multiple screens at the same time.
Our client-side fisheye 360 camera dewarping capability is rightly acknowledged as being industry-leading, enabling this camera technology to deliver the fullest benefits to end users in the most cost-effective manner.
