Situation

Located within the stunning Opus building in the heart of the Burj Khalifa district, the ME Hotel opened in 2020. As a newly built luxury living space, comprising of 7 4 bedrooms and 19 suites, the clients required a new high-tech security solution to incorporate into the build. Operators needed to view live video from an intuitive layout to enable them to respond to events in a timely manner.

Solution

To incorporate the future-proof and forward-thinking design of the hotel, Wavestore was the perfect solution to supply a continually updating video management system. 307 Hanwha cameras were installed throughout the lobbies, galleries and staff areas to provide a consistent monitoring of activities. To enable security personnel to carry out their jobs efficiently, Wavestore provided the most intuitive video and recording management solution on the market. Incorporating metadata search across multiple screens, users can quickly search through recorded video to determine the required video, and then export and send as required.
