Following a hugely successful presence at the Salto Partner Summit – Inspire 2025 in Phoenix, Arizona, Wavestore is reflecting on an event that exceeded expectations, strengthened industry partnerships, and created exciting new opportunities with resellers and distributors across North America.
“I had high expectations, but this event was two to three times better than I thought it would be,” said Jeff Wood, VP of Sales North America. “At times, all three of us were engaged in discussions simultaneously, with people lining up to speak with us. It was fantastic.”
As a sponsor of the event, Wavestore showcased its seamless integration with Salto Space, demonstrating how its open-platform Video Management System (VMS) enables real-time video and access control data synchronization for faster security response times, improved situational awareness, and operational efficiency. The response from attendees was overwhelming, with security leaders and Salto regional sales managers actively bringing people to the booth to see Wavestore’s solution in action.
“Senior leadership from Salto came over and said, ‘Everybody is talking about your product,’” shared Gregg Gross, Regional Sales Manager (Southwest/Central). “We had five separate meetings with key decision-makers from a major resort group using 1,400 Salto locks, and they even called their reseller on-site to see our solution live.”
The Wavestore and Salto integration provides security teams with a powerful, unified approach to video surveillance and access control. Unlike traditional SDK-based integrations that rely on multiple third-party platforms, Wavestore directly integrates with Salto Space, eliminating complexity and significantly reducing deployment times and licensing costs.
“One of the biggest challenges organizations face is linking access control events with video footage quickly and efficiently,” said Jeff Thomas, Regional Sales Manager (Northwest/Central). “Traditionally, security teams have to manually search access logs and video recordings separately. Our integration with Salto Space eliminates this issue, allowing teams to retrieve video footage in real-time and respond faster.”
Beyond the technology, Wavestore’s engagement at Inspire 2025 was a step forward in expanding its reseller and distribution network across the U.S.
“We are actively looking for new distributors and resellers across North America,” said Jeff Wood. “For most of our U.S. customers, products were sold directly from the UK, but now we are focused on building out our distribution network.”
The message resonated with attendees, with many inquiring about exclusive reseller opportunities in key markets. One potential partner in Miami approached the team directly, excited about the chance to become Wavestore’s official reseller in the region.
For those who couldn’t attend Inspire 2025, Wavestore is bringing the excitement and innovation to ISC West, March 31-April 4 in Las Vegas.
“One of the attendees we met at the Salto event has already booked a meeting with us at ISC West to learn more,” said Jeff Thomas. “Our calendar is already filling up, and we are looking forward to engaging with even more potential partners.”
With Wavestore’s growing presence in the North American market, ISC West represents another prime opportunity for resellers, distributors, and security professionals to experience Wavestore’s advanced VMS and Salto integration first-hand.
